A FATHER'S SACRIFICE.

Mr Alfred Nutt, a well-known London publisher, was driving with, his deaf and dumb son on the banks of the Seine, when the horses bolted, and the son was thrown into the river. The father dived to rescue him, but was caught by tho strong current and drowned. The son was saved.
