A fine new of the comet was obtained after six o'clock on Saturday evening. When darkness fell, tho comet was discernible in the north-western sky. The brilliancy of tho tail was reduced by the brightness of the moon, but the nucleus, or tho head, showed up clearly Yesterday evening also tho comet could l>e clearly seen before the clouds i'rom the south-west obscured it. Tomorrow night, if tho weather is clear, there should be a very line view, as tho moon will be partially eclipsed.
