Additions wero made to the Brown Shield regulations to permit the Council to take the net proceeds of any match and retain payment 'till after the last match of the season has been played; out of the mon-.y s. retained the Council to have power to make good any loss sustained by a Home team' in connection with such matches, .and to .calculate the amount of loss. An association te be entitled to take into account rant of ground got to Qxcped £10 for one match, and advertising £5, but no othr<r expenditure. As soon ns". the last match i f the season has been played, the club shall refund thp balance fo retained to the association concerned.
