A special passenger train will leave Chratdiurch for Oxford Races, on Saturday next, at 9.10 a.m. x The opening by Mr J. L.. Scott of the new church parlour in connection with the Sydenham Wesleyan Church will take placo to-day at 3 p.m. Al the sale to-day by Messrs Pyne and Company of Mr StringfeUow-'s stock at Norwood, a soecial entry will be a 20-h.p. four-cylinder Rover car, nearly new.
