The annual meeting of the St. Ijul»_ t .Hookey Club was held on Monday, the'; 7 Rev. W. W. Sedgwick presiding. About thirt-f. -members were present.-' ; 117 Although tha club has only been in existence a year, the committee ha_ every reason* to congratulate the- members. -■ upon a very successful season, the' Saturday president's teafii winning' their' competition, and the other teanas both holding fair pocitiona. Tho annual meeting' of the Chri-tc__rc_ Hardware Hockey Club waa held on Monday evening, a large number of member* being present. Mr W*. Coagreve presided. A proposal was made to amalgamate with the Addington Hockey Club, but after some discussion it w»» decided to> enter the competition as the Hardware Crab, and judging by the enthusiasm of those present, everything augurs well for a suoceaefnl season. It was decided to hold the first practice match to-morrow. The following officers were elected:—President, Mr" W. Morlcy; vice-presidents. Mean* A. E. Kidley, C. Hardy and A. J.
