(Received February 6th, 5 p.m.) LONDON, February 6. Tho "Standard's" New York correspondent states that whereas the Dingley Tariff secured from Germany the minimum rate upon only one hundred commodities, the Hayne Tariff secured concessions affecting a thousand commodities.
