FOURTH GRADE.
Linwood and Riccarton were pitted against each other at Lancaster Park, wnen the latter, taking strike, scored 224, when innings was declared, with six wickets down (Watts 26, Smith 83, and Body 70). Linwood were dismissed for 41, and in their second innings made 21 for two wickets. Riccarton won by 183 runs on the first innings. Thc game between West Christchurch and College resulted in a win for West Christchurch by 63 runs. Scores: — Cc liege 90 (Dobaon 19, White 17); West Christchurch 173 (Henderson 21, McGreal 53, Stokes 37, Zimmerman 17, Watson 10). East Christchurch beat Boys' High School by default.
