TEMPERANCE REFORM.
"THE CRADLE ROLL."
United Press Association—By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright (Received December 21st, 8.55 p.m.) LONDON, December 21. The Church of England Temperance Society has adopted the idea of tho "cradle roll" which originated in New South Wales, whereby parents pledge themselves to bring up their children es total abstainers. The Society intends to organise "cradle rolls" in its 6000 branches.
