United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. BRUSSELS, December 17. Baroness Vaughen's presence at the bedside of King Leopold when he was dying angered the Belgians. When the priest, who administered extreme unction, questioned her regarding her morganatic marriage, she admitted that King Leopold's position was en regie with the Church. In the closing moments, Princesses Stephanie and Clementine -were admitted to the death chamber.
