As v two-year-old Perola showed very good form, as out of seven starts site won four races, was second once, and third once. Her list of wins included the Woodcote Stakes at the Epsom Juno Meeting, the Exeter Stakes r.t Newmarket in July, tho Rous Memorial Stakes at Goodwood in July, in which sho beat Eicctra. winner of the One Thousand Guineas, and the Hardwicko Stakes at Stockton iv August. Princesfe do Galks was one of the best of her sex ut two years old, her record being sis Mart-. four wins, end two second*. Xnis seafou i-lio van second to Electra in the One Thousand Guineas at Newmarket in April, l'ero'a on that occasion being third.
