CANNIBALISM IN EAST AFRICA. A magician named Malukanu, his wife, and two eons, and eight other women of the Iringa district of German East Africa, were tried for cannibalism. Ten of them were executed. THE PERSIAN UNREST. TEHERAN, March 17 Persian revolutionaries consist mostly ot Caucasian Christians, equipped by committees abroad, and there are fresh arrivals from the Caucasus daily. AN HEROIC QUEEN. (Received March 18th, 9.35 p.m.) ROME, March 18. The Queen of Italy is suffering from a broken rib, sustained at Messina, while stopping a terror-stricken woman from committing suicide. Tho Queen refused medical aid at the time.
