On that da.y I, with many others interested in swimming, Avas in Tiinaru at the championship meeting, and it was not until my return that I saw tho letter referred to.
Whilst it is not the practice of myself or tho Association to take any notice of anonymous correspondence, the matter of Rich's appeal is one- which has created a good' deal of interest amongst swimmers and the Council ot tho AsFwciatior docs not like to pans by a letter s'.ioh as "SivimmorV iincii.nHenged.
The matter has been dealt with most exhaustively by the Council and finally settled, and if "Swimmer" will forward his proper name and nddroes to mc I will give him every information at my disposal but if he is afraid to s-end mc his nanve and flddress, no further notice will be taken of his letter.—Yours, etc..
