THE MUNICIPAL ELECTIONS.

In view of the approaching municipal elections and also thoeo for the Tramway Board, those who axe not on tho roll should not forgot that if they desire to get on the main roll they must have their applications in by Friday, the oth met. Tlie roll will be open for inspection up to March 12th, and any objections, •which must bo in '(writing, must be lodged on or before March 17th. The> supplementary troll •will close on April 1-lt.h. Candidates for the Mayoralty and for spate on tho Council must bo nominated on or about April 21st. and the elections will bo on April 23th. The rolls for tho election of members of tho Tramway Board arc made up from the City Council roll, and tho rolls of the- Rond Boards in tho tramway district. Persons living in Road Board district* as well as those in the city and boroughs, sfioukl remember that if they possess a residential qualification they are entitled to be enrolled; also that wives have a right to vote in respect to their husband's qualifications.
