There was a varied entry and a good attendance of buyers at tha Ashburton produce sales on Saturday. Prices were .'—Poultry.- Hens 3s to 3s 9d per !pair, roosters 3s to 3s 9d per pair, dnicks 3s 6d per pair. Fowl when t 14s to 16s per sack, potatoes 4s to 7s per sack, carcase mutton 2d. to 2Jd per lb, lamb 3d to 3_d per lb.
