HOCKEY.
A hockey match was played at Darfield between teams representing the Darfield and Kinvee clubs, and after a well-contested game the Kirwee toimi won by two goals to nil. The- scorers were Miss Burgess and Miss Ida Fenita. Mr Batstone was referee, and his decisions wero received .with satisfaction.
