PETERSBURG. July 6. The deadlock between t.he Duma and _he Council of the Entire regarding faavtal construction, forces the Government, under paragraph 13 of tho Budget law, to ut« the funds placed at .heir disposal in the (previous year for building ironclads. Two hundred and twenty-eight bodies M-oro recovered at Inskova as a result of tho mining disaster.
