GRAVE ALLEGATIONS.
LONDON, Jidy 3. Sir George Doughty alleges that German torpodoers pounce upon British fisher boats and compel their crews to salute the German flag. They then take the boats to Ouxthaven, where tho fish are destroyed and the shipping gear confiscated.
