There is growing excitement at Grimsby and Hull at the activity of a German fisheries protection torpedo boat, which is harassing and seizing British trawlers. Sir George Doughty. M.P., in a letter to Sir Edward Grey, suggests sending a training squadron to cruise in the fishery grounds. According to the Germans, tho disputes, - regarding the exact position, are due to the British fishermen's obsolete oliarts.
