The New Zealand Farmers' Co-op. held a clearing sale on. Thursday last, instructed by the executors in the ©stato of the lato Thos. Tolerton. (who have let the farm). The most notaiblo sales wero as follows:—Fat lambs 15e lOd, fat halfbred ewes 12s Bd, twotooth, wethers 13s. aged rams lls, cows in milk and to calve 35s to £5, calves 12s, 6OTVS and litters £4 15s to £o, porker 43s 6d; draught horses (young) £27 10a, £34 10s. £35. aged £17, foul £14; hacks and haiiicss horses £9, £10, £17; oatsheaf chaff £4 per ton, seed wheat 4s 4d to 5s 3d per bushel, Carton oate 2s Gd to 2s 8d per bushel/
