On account of the large yarding, prices were again easier. Best wethers brought 18s 6d to 21s. extra to 235, medium los to lGs 9d, inferior 13s Gd to 14s 6d, best ewos 12s to 14s, extra to 17s. meuium 10s to lls, inferior 7s to 8s 6d.

Lambs—looo wero penned, a medium yarding of fair quality. Prices were a shade firmer. Best lambs realised 15s to l&s, extra to 17s 3d, medium 13s to 14s, inferior lls (3d to 12a Gd.

Cattle—lß4 were yarded, a medium yarding of very inferior quality. For anything good, prices were satisfactory, but unfinished cattle, of which there was a large yarding, wore dull of sale.
