WELLINGTON, April 30. During April, 166 estates were finally certified for stamp duty. The. following wore the largest:—Archdeacon S. Williams (Hawke's Bay), £429,566; Georgo W. Nicol (Inveroargill), £19,170; Malcolm Mclntyre (Otago), £10,883: Augustus Abraham (Auckland), £12,097; Aler. Knight (Wellington), £10,528. The following were the largest estates in Canterbury :— John E. 1 Wickenden £8115, Pnlteney Murray £7184, iSar'ah Bowron £3SIB, Stewart McFarlano £3155, William Thompson £2817, John McDonald £2353, Edward M: Turrell £1701. John Morgan £1444, John Reeve £1395, Grace McKaig £863, Wm. J. Moon £819, Wm. Norrie £683, Edward Hudson £080, Joseph Shave £661, May Dickson £564. " . "
