Mr H. W. Bishop, S.M., presided at the Magistrate's Court yesterday.

The lad was re-committed to the industrial farm at Lovin.

Two first offenders for drunkenness were each fined Sβ alnd coste, in default 24 hours', imprisonment. Patrick Pope (Mr Donnelly), for procuring, liquor during the currency of a prohibition order, was fined 20s and costs, in default eeven days' imprisonment.

Jas. Graham, for disobedience of a maintenance order, was ordered to pay the arrears.of £i ICtej in default one month'e imprisonment..

A maintenance order against Walter Gcotrp Sea tree for the support of his illegitimate child was cancelled, the woman concerned agreeing to this procedure, as e.ho.w«s now in a bettor position than tiro father of the child.
