There was a good attendance at the Elrawood meeting. 3lr J. C. Adams was in the chair. , Tho report stated that the committee had found from the balance-sheet forwarded by the St. Albans Coram irtco that it was in debt to the extent oi £t. and that the assets wero nil, and that the caretakers wagr*s for two months had tb bo provided. In March, 1907, there had been a credit, balance of £66 10s 6d. none of which had been created to the Klmwcod School. The school opened in 1907 with a roll number of 247. and in March, 1908, it was 318. The accommodation was entirely taken up. and if the present progress continued the committee would have to approach the Education Board in regard to tho difficulty. . The report was adopted. The election of committee resulted as follows:—Messrs J. C. Adams (chairman) C. H. D. Tumor (secretary and treasurer), D.E.Wood. T.H. North, R. B. Walker, A. S.Howard, R-J>.-J»c-Kenzie, W. E. Mills, and G. E. Dalmcr.
