At tho Magistrate's Court/ befcire Mr T. Hutchison, S.M., Charles Royce, a prohibited person, was fined £1 and costs &3 for obj/ainin<* Honor on the racecourse on Marnh 19th. Roger Dixon (Mr Moore) was charged with assaulting James Robins (Mr Middkton) on April 4th, tho dispute arising cub of an allocation made by defendant that complainant's dog worried defendant's sheep. Defendant was convicted ar.d lined £2 with costs £3 6s, m default two weeks' inrryris>on.Tn<en l t. In the cm! case Dixon (Mr Moore) v. Robins (Mr Perry) claim £6 Sβ for damages alleged to have been caused to slieop by defendant's do, 1 ?, Mr Moore asked for a nonsuit, as he lrisned to change the plaint to bring the- case '■ beforo the next sitting of the Court.
