THE IRISH PARTY AND THE MANCHESTER ELECTION.
INDICATIONS OF DIVIDED COUNSELS.
(Received April 20th\ 10.11 p.m.) LONDON, April 20. Ifc is estimated that 500 out of 900 Irish electors in North-west 'Manchester will snpporb the manifesto of tho local \ priesthood urging them not to allow Mr Churchill to betray them a second tfme on %h* education question, but to vote scJid for Mr Joynson-Hioks. The local leaders of the Irish League of Great Britain are striving to roily the Irish vote for Mr Churchill. This direct flouting of Mr Redmond is interpreted as a eign of an inward struggle for supremacy in the counsels of the Nationalist party.
