KAIAPOI CYCLING CLUB'S MEETING.

There was a. large attendance at Kaiapoi Park yesterday to witness the Cycling Club's Championship Meeting and Athletic Sparte. The ovente wero well contested, and fho committee had reason to be pleased with tho success of the Bothering. The amount of £93 19a 9d was taken at the gate. The officers for the day were:—President, Mr R. Evane; judges, Messrs R. Moore, J. H. Blackw-ell (Mayor), Drs. Davies and Cra-w----fthaw; umpires, Messrs H. A. Cooper, W. Jeffrey, T.
