STRIKE IN LANCASHIRE.
SERIOUS CONSEQUENCES POSSIBLE
LONDON. January 4. The Federation of the Master Cotton Spinners' Association of Lancashire has decided to lock out 150,000 men unless the strikers at two Oldham mills resume work . If a settlement is not reached, 50,000 weavers will also be affected.
