EXPOSURES AT EXQUIEY. United Press Aeaociation—By Electiio Telegraph—Copyright. XEW YORK, October 10. The Now York railway exposures, cabled on September 2Gtli, culminated in Mr Anthony Brady's testimony that c comparatively worthle.se franchise, called the Fulton ami Well Street Ferries Railway, existing only on paper, was sold to the Interborough Metropolitan Company for £200.000. Brady received £50,000, and the balance wee shared amongst Messrs Ryan, Dolan, W. L. Elkins. H. Whitney and 1 , . Widener, and Messrs Moore and Sohley, brokers. The New York correspondent of 'The Times" reported on September 26th that, by means of a petition declaring the- New York City Railway insolvent, the tramway lines comprising the Metropolitan Street railway svetem had gone into the hands of receivers, Messrs Adrian Joline andD. Kobinson. The latter is President Roosevelt's brother-in-law. The examination of the books of the Inter-bor-ongh Metropolitan Company, the holding concern for the whole traction eystem of Manhattan, had already led to thw discovery of rrcords of payments to a, very prominent politician.
