W. Stokes (Mr Rowe) claimed from W. Jameson £2 19s under a judgment summons. Tho Magistrate made no order. In tho case- of H. G. C. Harvey (Mr Cnningham) v. W. J. E chards, the debtor was sentenced to three weeks' imprisonment, tho warrant not to issne if payment is made at the rate of 2s Gd a week.
