At a banquet given by Victorians to Mr Bont, the latter, in replying to tho toast of his health, said investors need not bo afraid of investments in Auv tralia, where security waa as good aa in England. Socialism in England was far worso than in Australia. Then, waa no need to fear tho Australian Labour party. Nowhere in tlie worH had working men so many houses of their own.
