INTERCLUB COMPETITIONS.
The annual matches between tho Otngo and Christchurch Golf Clubs for tile Himmer and Campbell-Hosking Shields will bo played at Shirley today. ' The contest for tho Hanmer Shield, which i> played foursomes, will take place in the morning, and for theCamp-bell-Ho>ki,'n.g Shield, for twosomes, in the afternoon. The following players will represent the Chritit church Club for tho Hammer Shield:—Messrs Harman, Treweek, Wood. Sleigh, Rutherford, Borthwick, Gow and Wynne; emergency Jame&on. For tih« Campbell Shield : —Messrs Harman, Troweek, Wood, Sleigh, Rutherford, Borthwick, Gow, Wynno, Sams, Jameson, Ollivior and Loughnan; emergeiicieH, Boiunington, E. Wilder and Gotten.
