BERLIN, August 10.
The "Rheinsche Zeitung" publishes a letter from a soldier in South-Weet Africa, stating that a scouting expedition captured fivo women. It was impossible to shoot them, lest the noise alarmed the natives in the vicinity, to the women were bayonetted by the officers' orders.
