Tlio High Court, dealing with an appenl from the division of tho Lower Court that a bank was l*arrod by tho Statute of Limitations from right of action against the guarantors of a loan to finance a corporation, decided that, having regard to the main objects of tho guarantee, it could only be hold as imparting an • obligation that whenever the debtor failed to pay any part of the debt on demand, the guarantors would have to pay that portion, but that tho Statute of Limitations did not begin to run against the guarantors for the whole debt at that time.
