Mr Keir Hardie, M.P., writing to a at Edinburgh, says that nobody Relieves thoro has been any native rising in Natal. Everyone knows it ie butchery of unarmed natives.' It is romarkablo to think, he cays, that a Liberal Government site supinely by and allows eiich things to occur, apparently without a word of protest. Deeds are now being done which make one ashamed to belong to a race capable of such atrocities on a defenceless and helpless people.
