WELLINGTON, April 20. The last bulletin from San Francisco says that the fire is still raging, and th© entire city is doomed. Evory building in the business district., and nearly half the residential 'section, are destroyed. No large buildings are left standing. The greatest loss of life was on the south sid© of MaTkot street. Six hundred bodies have been recovered. St. Agnes Asylum for the Insane was destroyed, with tn© majority of th© I inmates.
