United Press Association—By Eloctric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received April 16th, 9.2-5 p.m.) LONDON, Apnd 16. Router's Madrid correspondent statethat the crow of the Portuguese ironclad Vaseo da Gama mutinied at Lisbon on Friday evening. In response to signals and cries cf "help," a tug went to enquiro what was the matter, but was received with rifle shots and compelled to return. Other vessels, inclu-Sng th© Dom Carlos, were similarly treated. It is reported that the crew kiMed a lieutenant because he billed a .so/dor who was about to lire one of the ship's guns at tho sliore.
Tlio Portuguese newspapers state that the Vasco da Gama has constantly signalled to tlie Dom Carlos, which mutinied on the 9th. Tlie crew of the gunboat Tejo, and the traii__|g ship Don Fernando, afeo mutinied. '
Reports aro current of acts of insubordination in several garrison towns.
Seven of the crew of the Dom Carlos have beon arrested.
