The residents of St. Albans will meet to-night ab the Library, Dover etreot, to disciifs tramway ma-ttere. • The annual meeting of the Christ's College Rifles, fixed for to-morrow evening, has been postponed until 'Friday. A meeting of those interested in the formation of a branch of the New Zealand Farmers' Union, for Halewell will be held at the schoolroom at 8 p.m. on Wednesday, when an address will be delivered by Air David Jonca, of Weedons, vice-president of the North Canterbury district.
