..■■_-. ♦ EYRETON. -At the last meeting of the Eyreton Road Board there wero present Messrs .'''ll. Evans (chairman), Burgin, Dixon, Skevington, and Wright. The Waimakariri Harbour Board, complaining of willow branches floating'down the river, said to be caused by persons cutting willows, allowing the branches to float away. Harris applied for repairs to the Bush road opposite R.S. 32280. Ft w*a decided to make the road passable. It was resolved to take proceixtings against all defaulter who havo not paid thoir nates plus 10 per onnt. before the 25th inst. It was decided to obteiin a roud plough for repairing fords etc., and to call tenders for a concrete tank for tho Pound cottage, tho works not lot at tho mooting, and a drinking trough on Sinclair's Koad. It was agreed to have the Grey track repaired nt a cost not exceeding £5, and to take proceedings apiinst certain occupiens or' land who have not cleared their road frontugoa of goree and otlwr pknta.
