DISSATISFIED WITH ARBITRATION.
A NEW SOUTH WALES LABOUR GRIEVANCE. United Press. Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. SYDNEY, March 2. There are premonitions of a gathering storm in Labour circles over the failure of the Arbitration Act to satisfy their aspirations.' The recent decision of the High Court as to the jurisdiction of tho Arbitration Court led to the oases being struck off tho list in. the latter Court in large numbers. The Labour Council has the position under review. The Vice-President staites there is a very great crisis, in trades unionism, and there is nothing left but the very name and shadow of arbitration 1 . Parliament should be immediately called together to remedy the matter. Another member of the Council is of opinion that what is wanted is a repetition of 1890 to bring Iho Government to its senses. Various members advocate a strike.
