Our attention hae 'been directed to the fact that a report of a portion of the Premier's speech may pc6sibly do en injustice to Mr Flat-man as it stands. The division quoted by Mr Seddon was against the. second reading of the Old Age Pensions Bill, and as the. Right HcuKHirabk gentleman explained, the names of Messre Kidd and Flat man, the Government whips, appeared among the "Xoca" because they had called for a division at hie request.
