A SUPPOSED ENGAGEMENT.
(Received April 24th, 10.2 p.m.) LONDON; April 24. The Baltic Fleet proceeded northwards after leaving Kamranh Bay. The Saigon correspondent of the "Temps" reports that after Admiral Rozhdestvensky sailed a heavy cannonade was heard off tbe bay. It is supposed there was an engagement with the Japanese scouts. Admiral Rozhdestvensky momentarily expected the arrival of Admiral Miebogatoff.
