The Richmond School Committee met on November 18th. It was decided to leave the bathing arrangements on Thursday after. ikwiw unaltered. Accounts amounting to £5 12s 6d were poxsed for payment. The treasurer Imported a credit balance of £2 10s 3d. In referw&ear to the City Council's account of £16 for* neaVengering, it was decided to pay £9 ou account. Tlsa payment of this wilt leave an overdraft on the banking account. It was decoded to dcil with the whole question of finance at next meeting".
