WEST LYTTELTON.
At West Lyttelton Mr John R. Webb was voted to the chair.
The annual report stated that the Rev. E. E. Chambers, regretted his inability to be present. The number on the roll was 198. The Inspector's reports were most favourable. The Sewing Inspector's report, stated that every specimen was worthy of a-prize. The balance-sheet showed a credit of £8 0s 4d. The repoit and balance-sheet were adopted, as were motions complimenting the school staff and one thanking the outgoing Committee. The following Committee was elected: — The Rev. E. E. Chambers. Messrs Webb, Stenson, Page., Kempthorne. Cole, and Captain Murray. The meeting closed with a vote of thank* to the Rev. E. E. Chambers for his services as secretary.
