ENERGETIC MEASURES DEMANDED. THE SULTAN'S MISSION IN DANGER. United Press Association—By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright. (Received April 18fti, 9.52 a.m.) CONSTANTINOPLE, April 17. An official report states that several hundred Albanians at Ipek are surrounding the Sultan's special pacification mission, who are practically prisoners. The Albanians categorically reject the Reforms, and demand an Albanian Governor for Albania. The Powers are again pressing the Porte to adopt energetic measures.
