The enemy holds tlie available water supply in tlie direction of Gergolubi. Tho evacuation of Obbia has begun. There is much native unrest in Berbera. (Received April 18th, 10.12 a.m.) LONDON, April 17. Two thousand camels have been captured at Galadi.
