Many vessels broke .their moorings, and others foundered. Work at quays is suspended, and the embarkation of the Australian mails is delayed. Snow has fallen in Paris, Lille, Lyons, and St. Etienne. (Received April 19th, 4.22 p.m.) LONDON, April 18. The storm at 3£arseilJes was the worst experienced for a decade. The Omrah sheltered at Jjcstagne.
