Mr R. Beetiham, S.M., presided at the Magistrate's Court yesterday morning. CIVIL GASES. Judgments by default were given in the following caw*: —Thomas Taylor v William Bev&ns (Mr Leathiun), £3 18s Id; Slaughtermen's Union (Mr Franks) v Alexander Fairbairn, £1 8s; Oscar A. Moller (Mr KiTk) v N. Vale, £1 6s and possession of tenement.
