The scores count for the first stage of the corps' eliampiousliipg. The Kaiapoi Rifles on Saturday ftred for Lieutenant Horrell's trophy at* the final stage. The conditions were seven shots each at 200, 500, and 600 yds, and it was to be won by the two 'highest scores in three competitions. Sergeant Simpson, whose aggregate from scratch was 191, was the winner. Sergeant FeaUiereton and Private Pearce came, next with 184 respectively.
