A NEW RATING BILL.
GOVERNMENTS SMALL [MAJORITY. United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received March .29th, 5.10 p.m.) LONDON, March 28. Dr. McNamara's Bill for the rating of urban ground values, including unoccupied land, was rejected, although the Government secured a majority of only thirteen. A number of Unionists abstained from, voting, while eight voted with the minority of 170.
