WELLINGTON'S TRAMWAYS.
(PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) WELLINGTON, February 17. The City Council has accepted the tender of Macartney, Macßroy and Co., England, for the construction of the city electric tramway for £112,884, and that of the Electric Construction Company for the power house, to cost £26,353'
